These terms apply to registration, payments, and related services offered by Bangladesh Breastfeeding Foundation (BBF) through the 9th Bangladesh Nutrition Conference website. By submitting a registration, application, or donation, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Return & Refund Policy, and the Cancellation Policy.

1. Online registration

• You must provide accurate personal, organizational, and contact details.
• A registration or application is confirmed only after BBF receives a successful payment, or verifies a manual payment where that method is offered.
• BBF may decline a registration that is incomplete, duplicated, or inconsistent with the conference conditions disclosed before payment.
• Fees, categories, and what is included are shown on the registration page before you pay.

2. Payments

• Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz, the payment gateway authorized for this website.
• Supported cards, mobile banking, internet banking, and wallets are those displayed in the SSLCommerz payment banner and on the SSLCommerz payment page.
• You must check the agreement box yourself before Pay Now or Confirm registration. The box is unchecked when the page opens.
• A payment reference or transaction ID should be kept until the registration is confirmed.
• Where a manual bank transfer or mobile-banking option is shown, the payment is confirmed only after the secretariat verifies the receipt.

3. Services

Services on this website are conference registration, symposium sessions, exhibition participation, and related professional or educational services. They are delivered at the scheduled programme. The 9th Bangladesh Nutrition Conference 2026 is held on 21–23 November 2026 at TSC ( Teacher Student Center) , Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

This website does not sell stocked retail products, so product stock quantities do not apply. Physical product returns are generally not applicable.

4. Service delivery

• Conference, training, and consultation services are delivered on the scheduled programme date after payment is confirmed.
• Inside Dhaka: physical documents or materials, where BBF sends them, are dispatched within 5 working days after payment verification.
• Outside Dhaka: physical documents or materials, where BBF sends them, are dispatched within 10 working days after payment verification.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the programme conditions shown before payment. Where a service is non-cancellable or non-refundable, that condition is displayed before payment, subject to applicable law. Full conditions are in the Cancellation Policy and the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receipt and verification of a complete refund request.
