Cancellation Policy

Bangladesh Breastfeeding Foundation (BBF)

Participants may request cancellation of a training registration, conference booking, consultation or other paid service by contacting BBF through its official communication channels.

Cancellation eligibility and applicable refunds will depend on the specific programme or service conditions disclosed before payment.

Where BBF cancels a paid service, participants will be offered an appropriate alternative or an eligible refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receipt and verification of a complete refund claim.

Where a programme or service is expressly designated as non-cancellable or non-refundable, this condition will be clearly displayed before payment, subject to applicable law.
